Where did you buy the dowpipe from? It "should" have come with any hardware needed. The metal gasket on the turbo side of the dp is reuseable and should, be in good condition. The one that divides the dp and cat/mp probably will need to be replaced. You can order them from most rx7 shops, or you may get lucky and find them at the local hotrod shop. Just make sure you have a bottle of PB Blaster and a BIGASS breaker bar ready and you should be good to go. (an impact gun wouldn't hurt either)

It depends. If you don't break anything taking out the pre-cat, then yeah, they're reusable. I got new gaskets for both ends of the pipe, including the turbo side. I figured it couldn't hurt.

Tips from my install experience.
Let all studs and nuts that need to be removed soak overnight in liquid wrench, or something similar.
Make sure the car is cool, as in don't drive it period the day you're gonna do it. This is the hottest part of the car, and it gets hot fast, and stays hot for a long time.
Once the pre-cat is out, take a moment to feel the weight difference between it and the dp, amazing.

That's the best advice you can take during a downpipe job. Liquid wrench will save you some headaches.
