What do i look for?And what questions should i ask?

Heres the skinny im 32 years old and have been dreaming of an FD since i graduated HS back in ... you guessed it 1993.

I wanted one then but with a sticker of damn near 40k there was no way, Here i am 15 years later shopping for the car i wanted way back then (can you say early midlife?)

My problem is this, i know almost nothing about rotary cars ive built 3 show cars all japanese but none were wenkel motors. This car i want to drive it everyday the weather allows. That being told i need something reliable and not ragged edge fast im asking for a little help with what to look for and what to ask the seller.

I'll try to give as much info as i can my price range is 10-15k reasearch tells me a this is realistic. Im ready to make my purchase now as in 15 minutes ago i just need a little more education and i figured you guys love the car as do i so what better place to ask.
