what to do about an ecu

Ok, well i've owned my fd since june of this year and haven't done much work on it except installing a downpipe and replacing the main cat. Right now i'm doing all of the vacuum lines, replacing intake gaskets(upper and lower with metal, not paper like was on there), removing the airpump since the cat i have on right now doesn't require to be cooled by the pump, and installing block off plates for the ACV and AWS. I have the stock ecu and with the downpipe my boost was about 11-8-11. After my stock main cat clogged and i replaced it with an aftermarket one (not high flow), my boost seemed to go up slightly to maybe 11.5, but not much higher. I figure while i have everything apart i might as well do a boost controller since i would like an intake mod and haven't yet done one. I'd also like a new cat back system. I'm basically wondering what computer set up i should do....a remapped or a programmable one. And what company people like the most. I'm not going crazy with this car, i want it totally streetable but would like in the 330 rwhp range?!? Any suggestions?
