What connector is this?

I started the vacuum line replacement journey and found this connector unplugged under the intake manifold. I was looking through the FSM and didn't really find anything. Maybe something related to the ignition?

that is connector B1-44, for the EGR switch, which only the 93 california and 94's have. every car has the plug in the harness though
