I saw this on facebook recently...I think the guy is selling them for $20 shipped. Or you could do something DIY similar to this, and you can keep it reversible if you ever wanna go back to having a wiper.

I had mine shaved by my bodyshop. Just have them do it next time you're getting the car painted. Aesthetically it's much better than a plug solution.

i dont see a need to ever add a rear wipier back. That cap would look terrible on anything but a black car, still looks bad. I say have a body shop shave it and the squirter and the antenna

Get a non wiper hatch or get it welded and filled. Personally I don't like how the plugs look at all.

I think the wiper hole is the same size as the antenna hole and there's a body plug already in the car that fit's perfectly.

It's located under the carpet below the door sill

Lift the carpet and pop that plug out of each side and take off both the wiper and antenna
