Valvoline 10w-30... straight up. 5 years and counting

....Matty, the only pro to running thicker oil is to keep viscosity higher at hotter temps....this shouldnt be an issue for healthy low mile motors....but for worn motors with higher tolerances it would be beneficial.

Castrol GTX 20w50 is cheap enough that I can change my oil whenever I feel like it which is usually before and after every track day, HAH.

Castrol GTX 20-w50 in the summer, 10-w30 in the winter. Change every 3 months which equals about 1000 to 1500 miles.
