What brand engine oil (dino/regular oil) do you use? NOT a Dino vs Syn debate...

Sup fellas,

I just wanted to get a general consensus of what REGULAR DINO ENGINE OIL everyone uses. There are a lot of these "high mileage" or "EXTENDED 5000 mile" oil stuff out there and I just wanted to know what you guys use...

Please no Regular vs Synthetic debate...

Thank you very much...

Rotella T 15/50W it has a zinc compound abbreiviated ZDDP, which is an extreme pressure additive that helps keep flat tappet camshafts from wearing out. I have read they have discontinued it in the oil as of this year though. I may be changing...

Good read here.

ZDDP is bad for catalytic converters - that's why most racing oils should not be used in cars equipped with cats, and why the ZDDP content has been drastically lowered in street oils over the last 10 years or so.
