What is this bracket?

I recently finished an engine removal & replace, and I can't figure out where this bracket goes. Any ideas?

IIRC, it mounts just behind the PS and AC pumps. Holds the battery/starter harness.

It is supposed to hold the battery/starter harness but it can make it a huge pain to get to the front rotor spark plugs. I usually remove it and secure the harness elsewhere.
