What is the best sway bar available for the 3rd gen.

I am looking to buy a set of swaybars for my FD and I am looking at the Racingbeat tubular F&R swaybars set. Is this a good choice?

There has been occurrences of the Racingbeat front sway bar braking under hard driving. Because of the amount of R&D, I would say Mazdaspeed would make the best sway bars or if you don't want to spend that much than an Addco front and a 93' sway bar for the rear offers almost the same specs.

TNIGHT why do you say Suspension Techniques are best?

I have heard of a couple of failings of the Racing Beat bars while under track conditions, but they do look like excellent products. If you really want the ultimate in sway bars just have M2 performance or Tripoint-Engineering custom build their bars to your specs.
