weird problem on ecu log cant understand

Got a m2r logging this problem was random and only happend once as far as i can tell
At 6000rpm driving on moterway
my ecu thinks it went to 10,000rpm but the engine rpm was still at 6k
My injectors dumped fuel in the duty went to 102%
Ok so first the engine was still at around 6k rpm never went up as fuel was dummped in so baked off throttle
My errors were duty exceeded and rpm exceeded my rpm limit is set to 8.5k

My idea at the mo is crank sensor is faulty
Im going to put another sensor and wheel on tomaro

Think ive raped my engine as it struggles to start now

Ahh loom is fine before anyone asks

Any ideas would help me out thanks guys
