Car wont start, after attempting to start a buzzing sound can be heard from the UIM/TB area....Not like a warning light buzzing, like a bee buzzing.

Also a steady leak of fuel coming from somewhere near the bottom of the engine.

Any idea what that buzzing could be?

Issue is with my buddys car and trying to troubleshoot.

 

Good thing the car won't start, you don't want to do that.

I'd pressurize the fuel system (jumper F/P and GND in the diagnostic box near the battery) and see if the buzzing sound is coming from that.

 

Will it buzz if those are connected? Im pretty sure his CEL is not plugged in
