Unhappy Weird electrical problems, help!

The other day I was driving and I used my blinker, when i turned it off, my hazard lights came on and would not turn off with the hazard button having no effect. i then found out that when the i turned on the headlights, the hazards would turn off, which made me realize that this was a very weird electrical problem and that i had no idea what it could be. the next day i tried to turn on the car and the starter would turn it be it would not start running. I eventually ran down my battery trying to start it and the I had the same problem even when trying to jump it. My only guess is that there is some electrical problem there is probably no spark to get it started, but I still have no idea as to what might cause this. Do you guys have any idea what it could be? Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Btw, its a 93 3rd gen with about 130k miles, manual, and its relatively stock.

You can take your car to ANY auto electrical shop for diagnosis & repair.

Unless your savy with electrical troubleshooting, but then you wouldn't be asking the world for help.

You've got some bare wires somewhere that are shorted out to each other.

How do your fender liners look? Are they worn through at the top & your tire rubbing on the wire harness?

If your asking if this is normal for a high mileage FD, id have to say........................

NO.
