just went through and checked all my vacuum lines and replaced all my bad one way valves. car was running pretty good. then i had it idling in my garage for a bit looking everything over to make sure everything was in order. then suddenly the idle lowered and the car started running a little bit rougher. then i took it out for a drive and in 1st gear the primary turbo doesn't really kick in till about 4000 rpm. it kicks in at 3000 in all the other gears. also my BOV got quieter after the weird idle drop and isn't as loud at the same rpm's that it used to be louder at. also if you take it past 5000 rpm in first gear then quickly shift into 2nd you won't get much boost in 2nd gear.
my boost guage got stolen so i can't give you my boost patterns or anything. and i have the stock twin sequential turbos.

You most definately have a boost leak somewhere. You should check all the main ducting from the intake to the turbos, intersooler and to the throttle body, if there is no leak recheck your vaccum lines...
