Unhappy Weight to power ratio

Hey since I live in melbourne australia we have this road rule where if you drive on a probationary licence can't drive certain powered cars so I would like to know how much the 1996 3rd Gen RX7 weighs and how much power its got if it hasn't been worked on :p

FDs weigh ~2800 lbs.

A stock U.S.-spec 1995 FD has 255 crank hp; not sure about the OZ-spec.

This gives right in the neighborhood of 11 lbs. per horsepower.
