We cut the fenders! cont of new wheels thread.
Here are some pics of installing the FEED body kit. Thanks to my friends at STCC for the help!
Basically we cut the outer fender to what we thought would clear the new wheels/feed fenders. then cut the inner fender. then bent the inner fender upwards and spot welded the fender back together.
We will fill the holes and smooth and paint entire inner fender with an undercoat. (later today)
Here's what I have now.

Yeah I met Charlie back in 2005 at DCP Motorsports just 3 months before Katrina hit.
The car took 2nd at Nopi Nationals just 2 days after completing the FEED body. The paint was still tacky when we put it in the trailer.
and yes I did put it in a guard rail at DGRR08. Got it back together and went to DGRR09. Since I track the car more often and actually it is massively dissasembled at the moment.
Doing a new build with Gorilla Race Engineering in New Orleans and it should be something special.
New more aggressive ported motor, single turbo, custom one off v-mount, turbo manifold, new fuel system, roll bar, seats, tons of feed bracing and a few items I'm not willing to divulge just yet.
Here is a pic of the car on the track this past summer
