Im really doubting any damaged happened to the engine.... its show no signs at all of a coolant seal failure.... only ones is a little WHITE smoke and just a bit of BLACK smoke
White, sweet smelling smoke is coolant. There is no way for coolant to get into the combustion area without having something wrong internally. It might just be a small thing now, but it'll gradually get worse.

Not in a liquid state. It had to be a steam pocket (or an air pocket).
