Water seals bad?

I have seached everywhere and it seem like some people notice different things when there car is starting to call it quits. So here is my story. I am living in Japan and I think that my water seals are going. There is white smoke from the exhaust on the first start of the day. It goes away after 5-10min, after warms up. The weird part is there is a little bit of white smoke coming from around the turbos. Is it possiable that the water seals in the turbos have gone bad. And coolant from the turbo seal is leaking into the exhaust. The car is using a little coolant, but not much. They car only has 59,000km, around 37-38 thousand miles. I am not scared about rebuilding the motor, but right now it isn't the best time. So I think the water seals are bad, but i don't want to rebuild the motor if it was just the water seals in the turbos. Hopefully i can just go to a big single, excuse i can tell the wife!
If you need anything JDM let me know?

I would check your coolant lines going to the turbos. I am not sure but I do not think there are any coolant seals in the turbo cartridges. It is basically a jacket that allows the coolant to flow in the cartridge to cool it. So I think it is probably just one of the coolant lines leaking. I think the white smoke is the normal white smoke at startup. Unless the smoke smells sweet...
