Water pump - Automatic and manual different part number ?

So i'm planning on doing a overhaul all my cooling system and thinking of also doing the water pump. Note my car is a touring model converted to manual.

I was looking on this part catalog and noticed the manual pump and automatic pump have different part numbers?

https://partsouq.com/en/catalog/genu...4719&uid=81115

Question is: Can i use a manual one? Is there any difference between the two ?

Thanks Brandon

Why do you want to replace the complete housing? The water pump in your diagram is 15-100T.
