water injection nozzle size

For those of you running water injection, what size nozzle are you using. It looks like the best nozzles out there are the ERL aquamist ones. It's not easy to figure out what isze and how many you'll need. anyone have any ideas? Im planning to do a 2 stage system in the long run but for starters Ill do one.
let me know what your running.

I have heard 7psi for an activation pressure. I have heard various methods for water pressure. Some people use a pump and other people just use a tank they pressurize with pressure from the intercooling ducts, and use a nozzle that operates at about 5psi. (spraying systems co. has one SUE18ADF).
I am still trying to figure it out myself....
