wastegate leaks and stays stuck sometimes..
I have a HKS GT2 wastegate and i believe i got the 19lb spring on there. i noticed the other day that it was leeking through the dump port (not sealing all the way) and some times when i boost high it dosnt seal all the way and stays a bit open. i have to boost again or hit the rev limiter for it to come back down but it stays a lil open.
the car is a lil loud and is still boosting but im sure this is affecting the way is boosting and probably giving me some lag.
what could be mess up? the valve, the shaft or the diaphragm?
i'm going to take the thing apart sometime this week.. i just wanted a 2nd, 3rd opinion
