Wastegate help

I have a 95 fd with roughly 380hp on the stock twins, I'm looking to install an external wastegate for more hp and the turbo shutter almost "down spool" noise is cool.
Whats the best size and brand for my application without causing any lag or any problems, and can I push enough boost on the stock twins for it to work properly.

If you are using the stock twins, you cannot install an external wastegate. The wastegate on the stock twins is internal.

I doubt it's RWHP...Dave said my FD is the highest he's ever seen dyno on stock twins (sequential) at 370.

Not to say it can't be done, but I'd have to see a dyno sheet. :P
