I am trying to port the wastegate and I was wondering/hoping that this is where I needed to port. Any help would be more than appreciated!

 

I don't believe that is it...I think that's the pre-spool control. Check out my pics at:

So which hole do I port, the big one or the small one? I would naturally assume the small one but I don't want to start something that is wrong. Thanks again.

 

Correct. The smaller one (with the door) is the one you want to port. Good luck!

 

How do I seperate this piece (in your pictures) from the turbo housing? I took off the four bolts holding the primary to the secondary and then the the six bolts holding those plates on. Now what? Do the 2 sections just pull apart??? Thanks for any and all help!

 

Trev (R.I.P.) helped me with this process (i.e., he did it all) ...I don't really remember. Jimlab may know, however.
