Hey, I am having an exhaust manifold made up by a tuner here. I have seen too many HKS & Greddy manifolds cracking and for their price they are not worth it imo.

Your fd and mine are RHD's and fitment is very tight.I went with a v-mount IC setup and a single turbo gt40r conversion. Are goin with a fmic or v-mount and long or short runners for the exhust manifold?

I am going with a custom V-mount setup, I got a garret intercooler core that I am having fitted. Im also going with long runners for the exhaust manifold as they app add more torque.

Could you send me some pics of your setup?

My Garrett 1.06 housing and Greddy elbow arrive

So originally I ordered a t4 .82 precision housing and got a t3 instead, I wasn't very happy so I ordered again and this time got a T3 1.06 from Garrett, double the price of the precision but Im pretty happy with it now.

Here are the latest pics of the new stuff:

.82 on the left 1.06 on the right

I think this is gonna do the job nicely

Nice build. Looks like your working all the bugs out one at a time. Good luck and keep this thread updated so we can watch it all come together!

pics of my set up

Hello Warren,
Here are some pics.Any progress with your exhaust manifold.I've designed a long runner manifold, but I still have some issues to get the runners to equal lenght.
One of the runners is 22'' and the other is 24''.I will try to get rid of the 2''.

Bobby.

Hey bo, hows that fan working on your IC? Temps difference, etc? Im looking at putting either one big fan like yours or two smaller ones on my SMIC to try get some decent airflow.
