Do "deals" even exist when a 95 FD is the subject at hand? Those things are pretty much non-existent in the states. I would think a stripped 95 would cost more than I paid for my 93.
I fukin' hate thieves with a passion.
Good luck catching this piece of ****, and if you do and you get your money back, use it to buy off the biggest, meaniest, ugliest bastard you can find in the same prison he will be and tell him to invent a new way, each day, to screw him in the ***.

Roca Baton, or Boca Raton? Roca Baton doesn't seem to exist, but Boca Raton is rather famous...
Anyway, escrow.com should be able to track where the money went. Good luck.

I got one of those emails that looked very real. checked the case number with the escrow service and it didn't exist. I emailed them back and they never responded. fraud.
If you didn't take the time to verify, then it is your own fault.

I feel for you man, but you feel for probably the most COMMON scam on the 'net nowadays. The cellphone will be a prepaid phone, so the sale and # won't be traceable. The IP address will be to a public building like a public library. The email (like he said) will be a free email account that requires no ID verification.
It never cease to amaze me what ppl will do and/or fall into simply for the sake of getting a killer deal... Good luck, and hopefully there's *something* that the FBI can use to track him down.
