A/W intercooler And Peak Capacity

To anyone running an A/W or knows what Peak Capacity is refering to liquids is there any other type of coolant that could be used for this function? Second has anyone ever figures out what size radiator sheds the necessary amount oh heat at a certain hp or boost level (BTU). I have noticed some people using AC condensors, bike radiators etc, myself going with a heat exchanger with 25"x7" frontal area. Is this enough for 340rwhp? Thanks guys
