OK guys, i can get Volk GT-P with great tires for a good cost (first pic)

But now the GT-U are coming out and i really like them, it would cost me 400$ more but with cheaper tires.
(second pic)

whic one would you get if you were me? My car is black by the way

I would get the gt-u's. But why don't you just save and get better tires on the gt-u's? either way volk makes great wheels..... I really like the deep dish look, I think I'm going to get a new set with a deeper lip.

Gold looks great with red.

Stick with silver (or gunmetal for a stealthy look) on black. You'll never go back!

What's wrong with blue? If you say you like it, I'll sue!

That was a joke mon ami - I was referring to your previously blue painted interior. That WAS you with the blue interior, RIGHT?

(If not then I'm really pissin' in the chilies, am one taco short of a combination plate, one Bud short of a six pack and.......Oh, never mind, I have a strange sense of humor., and I really suck at poems too.)

GTU's, I don't really like how flat the face/spokes of the GT-P looks in person.

You shouldn't compromise on tires. Why do people do that? I don't really care for the mesh look and you won't like my opinion on the GTU's. My fav Volks are the GT-N's but my Daytona aren't bad either. It could just be that the picture is crap but there are so many mesh knockoffs out there and all the older BMW's came with them. Why are you limited to those two? Are those your favorite?

I want the GT-P's myself. You said you got a good deal, where and how much?

I want the GT-P's with gunmetal center and silver rim.

Out of those two, I say take the GT-Ps. I really don't care for the GT-Us. However, my favorite Volks are the LE37s.

What size are you getting?

Best sizes/offsets IMO:

*17x9 +44 or +50 offset all around

*18x9 +49 offset all around

*17x9 +44 or +50 offset front, 17x10 +50 offset rear

*18x9 +49 offset front, 18x10 +49 offset rear

EDIT: Btw, Goracer is right. Don't compromise on the tires. Also, did you see if Rishie (ARD T2) could get you a better deal? If you don't know, he's the forum wheel vendor.

Gold GT-U's on a black FD would look awesome. I've always been a fan of the gold mesh wheels on a black car.
