Visit from a Honda guy....and his mom...

So I am browsing the Forum, and the doorbell rings....
When I answer it, there is a woman that I have known for a long time standing there, and she tells me how her son is in love with my FD. So she has her son come up, introduces us.....nice kid, by the way. He has a Civic that he has modded up a bit, it ran a 14.5 at the track, evidently....but his dream car is a 3rd gen RX-7. He just asked if he could have a ride sometime. I said sure, that I would look him up.
I just thought it was pretty cool, the whole deal......
The kid has read like EVERYTHING about FDs....he really knows his ****. Good to see.

heh cool, like the kid around the block that's dreamt about playing major league baseball and wanted to meet the pitcher from his favorite team.

It's too bad some of our members haven't taken the time to learn as much about their cars as this kid has. We might have fewer ridiculous posts.

"too bad many actual FD owners havn't taken the time to learn as much about their cars as this kid has."
