VIN location

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me in locating the VIN plate on a right hand 3rd Gen RX7

not sure if this will help but a buddy of mine has a RHD mr2 from japan and he doesnt even have a VIN number, only a chassis number..

hopefully someone will come back to me with the answer that i am looking for, as at the moment all i have is the chasis No!

Check the firewall. The US cars have the VIN there.

JDM cars have a vin on the firewall where the USDM cars do and they have a vin plate screwed to the firewall in the engine bay as well. they DONT have a dash vin tho.
