Video - M2 Dual Stainless Exhaust

I was testing out a new camera I got for HPDE's and got some footage with some good exhaust tones of my M2 dual. The file is 10MB and pretty damn boring but you can hear what the exhaust sounds like.

Right Click link and choose "save target as"

http://www.3rdgenrx7.com/video/M2dual.wmv

Plays fine with media player.

I still have alot of work to do on the camera setup (foam over mic to reduce wind noise, get real mount for strut bar instead of bungee cords I used, and the Windows movie maker that I am using is very buggy, zoom out a bit so I get less of me) but I think it will meet my needs.

Video was taken at 640x480 at 15fps with auto everything. I am not sure what all that clicking going on but I dont think I hear it in the drivers seat.

thanks for the video clip. I just bought a m2 dual from a forum member and cant wait to get it. Do you know if they still make the N-tech hi-flow cat? It sounded realy nice from inside, wonder how it sounds from the out side.

Sound pretty decent. Not too loud for cruzin!! How many miles on your turbos??. I didn't hear them spool. Engine sounds healthy though.

Hey now I said right up front "and pretty damn boring". I put it up mostly for people to hear the M2 since when I was shopping for exhaust I couldnt find any sound/video clips for it.

And I did give it as much throttle as I could on the onramp without flying into the jeep in front of me.

Turbo has about 15K on it now. I can hear it spool and purge from the drivers seat but it is pretty quiet. With the camera being in the back and the mic on it probably being sucky you just cant hear it at all.

I do have one 3/4 throttle pull on tape but my editing software sucks so I can get it edited out.

There will be many more videos..most on the track where I will be able to wind it out a bit more.
