Vacuum system + AT-toMT Q.

Okay, now I have sorted my swap out and have it planned over the course of the next few weekends. This weekend is my intake system and vacuum lines... I was looking at the diagrams and there is a line for the AT trans as well as an extra vacuum chamber.

I was curious if I should go ahead and remove this or not bother with it at all... would this hold an effect on the car? What is its purpose in the AT car?

Here is the diagram that notes it:

Thanks,

Well, the nest is almost done... just gotta do the lines down on the turbo (6 I think) and the 3-4 that were under the nest and I should be done. It wasnt without failure though -- I ruined two solenoids in the process, and here I thought I was being careful.

I decided to leave everything as is for now as far as routing... Malloy didnt get my FPD to me in time so this stuff will all have to come off again soon for that -- as well as injectors that need a good scrubbing.

I also replaced my drive belts and intend to get the fuel filter and fuel pump replaced tomorrow if time and light permit. Hopefully that little checkvalve I pictured with the broken solenoids can be ghetto-rigged to replace my nipples.
