Vacuum Switches, Loss of Power, and my Turbos. What now? (in Phoenix)
Alright, here goes...
Took the damn thing to a shop, found some busted vacuum lines and a busted vacuum switch (what the hell is a vacuum switch??) Also, turbo is leaking a bit of oil. I get boost, from secondary just fine, but primary seems a bit weak. Now my understanding was that the secondary would not boost unless the primary was doing it's job, correct? So if I am getting boost from the secondary, then the primary should be fine? Now, rough idling and lack of power (below 2000rpms, not a huge loss but some). Once at 3000rpms, i get decent boost.
Any ideas?
