OH Vacuum lines

So I'm working on finishing the 5 speed swap and noticed two open vacuum lines.

I found this hose, which I believe goes the to pressure sensor labeled "boost sensor" above the clutch line. If it does, I can't find where the other end goes to.

Now this one is connected somewhere, and has a green check valve, but I also can't find where the other end is supposed to go. I checked my service manual and it just gave a general area which wasn't much use. Any tips? This is between the firewall and UIM if you couldn't tell from the pic.

Top photo is the MAP sensor line. One end goes to the bottom of the sensor and the other end connects below the double throttle control at the bottom firewall side of the UIM where the UIM connects to the throttle body. I believe the bottom photo is the secondary air switching valve and the open line connects under the UIM on the rat's nest. See attached photo and follow the line with the check valve. The photo is oriented so that you are looking from the firewall forward.
