Thank you Azaka

That would mean I am getting 19in HG on a 65,000mile engine. Makes me feel a bit better.

Would a street ported engine have different vacuum levels than a stock one? And if so, what would be good numbers for the ported one?

if your idle is fluctuating due to grounding, or worn plugs, or a/c windows acc crap then your vac will ofcourse move with the idle

rotaries do not pull as much vacuum as piston engines, rotaries tend to produce more compression and vacuum at higher RPMs so you will see upwards of 25"hg from a high RPM decel.

ported motors will also produce less vacuum unless the port timing is not advanced which is a rarity.
