I've been doing a search and also looked at the Mazda Vacuum Hose Diagram and I can't seem to find where this hose tie into? It says it leads to the PRESSURE REGULATOR but I still can't find it on my AUTO engine. If anyone can help...I'd appreciate it. The hose I'm talking about it shown with the YELLOW dots. I can see where it come from the "rat's nest" but can't seem to find the connection on the Auto Engine.

 

It goes to the FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator) If you can't find it, you're honestly not looking hard enough (not trying to be sarcastic, just direct).
