Wow, awesome work! I know a lot of people with later FD's have been wanting something like this for a long time.

Thanks!

To loosely quote The Blues Brother's movie, "You're doing God's work here. "

The missing second pic was updated as I noticed a mistake. It seems if you replace an image on flickr it kills the links. Here it is again (Click to see bigger):

Also made a few adjustments to the system diagram to make it easier to read:

If a mod could update the first post to have these images instead, that would be great .

Shortly I'll be making a how-to showing how to test/diagnose issues within the blackbox without disassembling, then going onto how to disassemble and repair one, should it be faulty. Hopefully that will help some of you guys out or save you splitting one down that may not need it, you don't want to be taking these things apart for fun, trust me .

Great job here!I always wanted to install the black box to my 1993 but ended up using the 96 solenoids with the 96 connectors to the existing rats nest with great success. Now that you came up with these scematics i would love to install the black box(i have the 96 rats nest and the coils base). Is it possible to mark In the diagram which valves are B6AT and which are FEGC?

Anyone ever done one of these that noted what the hose dimensions are for each?
