Vacuum chamber from dbl. throttle solenoid missing?

Vacuum chamber from dbl. throttle solenoid missing?
As the title says im tracing through my vacuum lines and found that I do not have this vacuum chamber that is connected from the double throttle solenoid to the double throttle actuator. I need help asap!

should both double throttle solenoid valve vacuum lines have a check valve?
