Vacuum activated TB butterfly? (idle problems)

My engine build is a clean one, bunch of stuff was removed, most solenoids, most vacuum lines....

There are a few things I wish weren't remove like coolant to the TB, and also on the TB there is like a butterfly that's operated by vacuum, vacuum line to it is removed.

I'm guessing the butterfly is there to help with cold starts and or help with idle??

Reason I ask is because I have a lumpy idle and can't figure out why. I mean as much oem stuff that was removed + a single turbo conversion + huge injectors, I'm not surprised I get a horrible and high idle but I'm still hoping to get it some what stable around 1100-1400rpm.

What's a normal RPM idle on a such a build FD? Is it unreasonable to expect it to idle at say 1100RPM with such mods and removal of OEM stuff?

If I set it to above 1400rpm its not bad, but if I go lower it starts surging down to as low as almost shutting off the engine.

P.S. wow my Idle IG-Control was OFF on the PowerFC, I'll report back if this help any.

Vacuum line goes to the double throttle. It prevents you from getting on the throttle and excessive boost before proper engine warm up.

Question, if I do the "data init" on my power fc, that won't delete all my fuel maps right? It will only delete the other setting which are easily set?
