Vacume Hose routing on 94 touring

I am in the middle of replacing putting my turbo piping back together and repacing my vacume hoses with silicon and I got lost somewhere...

I'm having dificulty reading the hose routing in the manual(F-10) and was wondering if someone could help. There is a nipple between where the Charge Relief valve connects to the turbo piping and the Actuator (Charge Control) that is not shown on the diagram. Where does it connect to????

The charge control actuator is a 2 sided actuator. Boost must be of equal amount on both sides for this actuator to open up and allow boost from the 2nd and 1st turbo to mix.

This actuator WILL have 2 nipples. One connects directly to the Y-pipe coming from the 2nd turbo, and the other nipple attaches to the charge control solenoid.

The nipple you are talking about goes straight up about 2 inches to the actuator. The actuator has 2 hoses on it.

?? Help on vacume hose

The nipple I'm am talking about is not in the above diagram, but if it was, would be directly below the 'Charge Relief Valve' in the above diagram by one of the bolts that attaches the 'Actuator (CHARGE CONTROL) and comes up and then 90's pointing toward the passager side of the car.
