vaccum lines

anyone know if it matters if your aws line is sealed or left open? i noticed oil in the line probably not good. my motor has 7k miles on it. i have a greddy elbow and intake and a gutted pre-cat. i have several vaccum lines not plugged into anything. do you remove any lines with a street ported motor and elbow and intake etc ? its an automatic (i know please no comments about switching it to a 5spd). the reason for asking is my secondary turbo sometimes works and sometimes nothing happens no boost at all. please any help.

For the Greddy Elbow:

As far as the vacuum lines, you need to check the vacuum map. You shouldn't have hoses just hanging around:

I think I recall MaxC' saying his spit out oil when uncapped. You can buy a block off plate from k2rd which requires removing the extension manifold (UIM). Actually there's two. One for the AWS and one for the AWS pipe.
