It takes a large array of different sizes to get everything capped off properly. Just buy an assortment pack (or 2) at a local auto parts store.

Beware that the vacuum caps sold at most autoparts stores will crack and leak after being in a hot engine bay. I have tried many different caps and all of them eventually crack which forces me to hunt around for the leak... very annoying. I haven't been able to find a good source for quality vacuum caps so what I do is insert a short shouldered bolt into a small piece of vacuum line. While this method looks a bit unprofessional, it works and is very reliable.

i just stuck bolts into vacuum hoses and put zip ties around them. Works for me so far

oh, and you'll need a 20mm plug for one of the hoses on your y-pipe. For that one i used 20mm steel hose (don't know what it was for), cut off a length and hammered/folded one end to seal it

Instead of plugging that up, you can also use the CRV as a secondary BOV.
