An air/fuel gauge is helpful if you plan on adjusting boost from stock.

a/f gauge = close to worthless
egt gauge = close to worthless (except to a tuner)
stock oil pressure = works fine if the sensor is clean, replace the sensor every 5 years or so, no big deal

Why are you planning on getting 5 gauges without even knowing what you are getting and why? Seems pretty silly to me.

If for some reason, you are set on getting 5 gauges, I would get:

*boost
*water temp
*oil temp
*fuel pressure
*intake air temp
