HKS Carbon Fiber TI... well its not on your list but I am very happy with it. Quality, sound, and appearance are all top notch.

Here is a video of it. The sound quality does it no justice at all. The tone is very deep and throaty. I have yet to install my DP, and MP but I cannot wait.

Good luck with whatever you choose.

Mitch

*EDIT* make sure you right click (save as) on the movie file.

Most exhausts will sound completely different from car to car depending on mods..

What kind of performance are you looking for? Or you just want the sound...?

Webster's definition of "Urgent"

1. Compelling immediate action or attention; pressing.
2. Insistent or importunate: the urgent words “Hurry! Hurry!”
3. Conveying a sense of pressing importance: an urgent message.

Webster's definition of "Common Sense"
Sound judgment not based on specialized knowledge; native good judgment.

Urgent is when your car is on fire or you are leaking coolant unexpectedly. Buying an exhaust is not urgent.

Why the good guys don't post anymore:
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...t=common+sense

The infamous "Common Sense" thread started by Teddy:
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...t=common+sense

Lastly,...if you want input on the sound, ask the shop you are purchasing from. If they can't tell you anything about the product,...why would you purchase anything from them.

Also, all of these threads which ask for "how does "x" sound" are only somewhat useful and completely opinonated. Some will like the sound, others don't. Some think it will be loud, others don't.

Real urgent Good to see a lot of research has gone into your exhaust choice too, considering you're going to choose it based on the sound it provides.

For those of you who tried to help, thanks.

For those who just want to bash someone for no good reason, GTH.

Anyway, I went with the EVO. If you guys had read the post, you would have seen that I was looking for performance, then sound, then looks. The EVO does sound great, and flows well. I would recomment it to anyone.

The reason this was done urgently, was that I was taking the car in to have the rear seal fixed (and go ahead and do the full cat with DP), and found out that I would save some $ if I went ahead and did the cat back with the full cat system. I was originally planning on doing the cat back later, but it was worth the quick leap to do it then. I did listen to several of the systems at the shop before deciding on one. I sometimes drive clients in the car, so I didn't want it obnoxious during normal street load.

Thanks again.

Hey now, money burning a hole in your pocket could be considered urgent. Especially if you're not wearing fireproof underwear.

Really? Nowhere in this thread did you mention performance. jdhuegel1 even had to ask "What kind of performance are you looking for? Or you just want the sound...?", and you didn't respond.

Your post asked for sound clips and sound clips only, so save the indignant routine.
