personally I prefer B&M cooling products when it comes to cooling needs.

Here's a candidate that might be suitable for what you guys are talking about. It's ~ 250.00, comes with a fan, thermalswtich, etc.. Although slightly smaller at 13-1/2"x9"x3-1/2

Im going to guess that the picutre isnt of the actual cooler since that is nowhere near a 3 1/2'' thick cooler.
