unknown fuse holder, what's it for 93 rx7

well i came across this and don't know what circuit it protects, i just know that it actually melted to the holder, it somehow failed to blow like a normal fuse, anyway whats it for, its located in a fuse holder to the right of the battery, its seems oem from the pictures based on the slot built in as well as the tape used to hold it, like the type of tape the factory uses for electrical

That is not factory. Somebody added that themselves, most likely for an aftermarket amplifier, alarm, foglights or something.
