unflooding help

Hi, i think i flooded my engine. yesterday I started her up and she just hummed to life like normal. I tried to get the car up my hill of a drive way and got stuck 1/2 way up cuz i did not push enuf gas (stupid me). when i tried to restart it, it would not. I was not on the boost when i went up the hill and i dont think i was really stressing the car too badly so i dont think i broke a apexseal. Today I have been using the atf trick, the floor the gas and pump the engine trick, take out the sparkplug and crank. My question is that for the floor the gas and pump the engine trick. when you are doing this, is it suppose to sound the the engine is almost about to catch but doesn't or is it just the normal whorling noise of the engine cranking?

Also, I'm not sure if i put too much ATF fluid in to the engine, everytime i take out the plugs (i did it about 8-10 times today) after the atf trick, they all come out looking like they are coated with a mixture of gas and ATF fluid (more atf then gas smell), is this normal? I cranked the engine with the plugs out about 6 times (each for about 10-15 seconds each time). The first two times the engine would really spit out a lot of atf fluid and would fog the engine bay with atf fluid mist. Then it would mist only a little bit after that.

The first 3 times I cranked the engine with out the plugs in, I noticed that there was no gas shooting out and no vapors although the plugs were pretty fouled and moist/damp.

When I crank it for about 5-10 seconds with all the fuses in, there is a bit of smoke comming out of the tailpipe, It smells like gas/atf fluid

Mods on this car include stock ecu, intake, dp, catback, non-seq, aws unplugged re-man engine with 10k miles on it.

I have checked all the fuses and relays and have already checked the fuel system (i initially though it was a fuelpump problem but i can hear it working as i turn the car to the on position and jump the diagonistic plugs). When I checked the engine check codes, it comes back with 3, 33 and 38. I already know that these are

3=Crank position G sensor
33=Solenoid valve - port air bypass
38=Solenoid valve - accelerated warmup system and air supply valve

Lastly, When I have the plugs out of the car I can hear the engine getting compression, it's an even sort of noise so i dont think i popped the engine yet.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

You're engine is probably fine. The code 3 is a bit disconcerting, though. I would recommend checking the clearance of the sensor from the pulley, and check to see that it is plugged in properly. If that checks out fine, then you can try my advice for starting a flooded engine, if you like.
1)Pull the plugs and the cicuit opening relay.
2)Gas pedal to the floor, turn engine over for 5 seconds with 30 second break in between cranks, 5 times.
3)Do something else for 30 minutes (clean plugs, or buy new ones)
4)repeat steps 2 and 3
5)put a few tablespoons worth of ATF in leading plug holes(I use an ear cleaning bulb)
6)replace plugs, gas pedal to the floor, crank engine a few times
7)replace circuit opening relay and start engine normally.
If you don't have a plug cleaner, you can use a plastic bristle brush to clean them. I've also heard of using a blow torch.
That code 3 bothers me, though.

Is it ok to be cranking the engine for 10-15 seconds?
Should I be doing the 5 second's?

BTW: Between every time I crank it, I give about 5 mins to let the starter rest.

You can crank it that long if you like. I just like to be extra nice to the starter on my car.

ok, i got a new question, when you crank it, are you suppose to be getting any oilpressure? as of right now, i see the needel move a little bit but not much, perhaps a 1/8 of an inch when I floor the accelerator and crank the engine for 15 seconds 2X. It does not read any oil pressure when i crank it while i try to start the engine.
