This has just started. When takeing a hard left turn under heavy/WOT I get a very rapid clunking sound, I would say grinding but its not quite grinding. The center console also feels like something is actually coming up and hitting it rapidly.

Right hand turns under the same condition are fine..

Any ideas?

 

i would suggest taking a look at your motor mounts and differential mounts. mine started doing that just before i replaced mine and it hasn't done it since.

 

If it is your engine mounts, then this may hold you over until they can be replaced.
