Look in the red circled area of this pic from that thread posted. You will see where the ACV was, now there is a block off plate with 3 bolts.

i got a jdm 2002 mazdaspeed type R bathurst

only 3 euro fds made it to cyprus..it was $120 000 at the time

there are not many fds in cyprus anyway...around 50-60

one more question regarding this installation
i bought this kit and as jason told me the airpump doesnt need to be removed

once i block the ACV valve, will the air pump function ?

will it affect my emmisions if the ACV is blocked?

The ACV doesn't need to be there for the airpump to work. However, for the airpump to help emissions without the ACV, you'll need to plum the airpump directly to the cat.

You don't need a link, you just make tubing from the back of the airpump to your inlet on your catalytic converter. You'll need a check valve, but all of that should be part of the stock system which you can just reuse.
