True but it's not really just the turbo bearings themselves but the crank case ventalation tube that's attatched to the primary turbo's inlet. This constant vacuum source pulls the fumes and vapors from the oil filler tube and crankcase. Under boost think about how much more suckion you get from that turbo inlet. This is how a high percentage of the oil gets into the intake.
