Twin turbo set up
Hi, I'm new to this forum. Is there any thread where i can find out more about specific T04R sequential twin turbo set up. I search for it and search engine came out with more than 500 thread for turbos, twin and set up. Thanks in advance.

1) No such thing as a non-OEM (turbo) sequential setup to date. All upgraded sequential turbos still use the OEM housings (Knightsports, Border, and BNR twins).
2) It would help if you used more specific search terms, like to4r
3) But that won't help anyway (see #1)

I was reading somewhere before i register myself and someone mention about an article written in the japanese magazine regarding about installing an aftermarket turbos. Does nayone knows about that article and have a direct link?

Your options:
1. Stock sequential turbos
2. Stock turbos, modified to run non-sequentially
3. Aftermarket twin turbos, using modified stock housings, run sequentially
4. Aftermarket twin turbos, using modified stock housings, run non-sequentially
5. Aftermarket twin turbos, run non-sequentially
6. Aftermarket single turbo
There are surely a ton of threads about each option, and just as surely no one thread that fully covers any one option. So it would be hard for anyone to post a link that will satisfy your query. We need more information to help you. What do you have now, and what are your goals for the car?

Wanted to do the car for show and also can use it for daily driving. Planning to get 450 hp to 500 hp to the wheels. I don't think is hard to achieve right?
Why do so many people love single turbo conversion?
Most of the RX-7 on the SEMA show last year ccomes with a single turbo conversion. I saw 1 with a mustang V8 conversion and the car looks really tight.

Rynberg, I'm surprised you missed the first part of that!
I'm sorry to say, but I think you bought the wrong car

I'm reading the FAQ right now. I'm going to set $5000/year for my project. I'm really hoping that you can help me in my project and i'm really looking forward for any comments, suggestion and advise from the old school of this forum.

Real advice:
1) Read the FAQs. ALL OF IT. It may take you a while, but it'll save you tons of questions, mistakes, and $$.
2) Stay away from dealerships. Stick only with Rotary Specialists in your area. SEARCH in the applicable Regional section of the forum for specialists in your area.
3) High hp = unreliable on a 12 year old FD. Don't expect to make it a daily driver. This is not up for discussion. so no "what if's" about it. There are prob 24,000 threads about this very subject. Get yourself a cheap Civic to daily drive, and that way the FD can spend whatever down time is necessary to be fixed CORRECTLY.
4) Which brings us to this: If you cut corners... ANY corners with this car, in an attempt to save money, IT WILL HURT. BADLY. You'll end up paying even more than you would have if you had originally done it right with the correct parts and worksmanship etc, and you'll become another one of those "I just bought my car but I can't afford to fix it so it's up for sale" guys we see on the forum ALL the time.
5) Focus on the reliability mods FIRST before you go upgrading. Consult the FAQ's for that.
And 6) Above all, SEARCH. Search, search, search. The forum has an archive that dates back to '01. I don't know of anyone who's gonna be up to the task of holding your hand and walking you through it all, step by step. There are tons more newbies on the forum than those w/ experience, and thus their patience wears thin. If you think it, it's prob been asked before in the past 6 years If you get too many thread responses, READ 'EM lol. Or try filtering your search criterion. Ie, learn to use the search function *effectively*. Cuz trust me, no one's gonna find a thread for you to answer each and every question you have.
With that, welcome to the forum, and I hope you drive her safetly too (for that, see this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/interior-exterior-audio-26/throwing-cost-out-window-468485/).

Just to let you know, achieving over 400 rwhp PROPERLY, will cost over $10k. And that's just for the power. That doesn't include any suspension or wheel/tire upgrades to handle the extra power, nor does it include basic maintenance items.
Get yourself a daily driver and TAKE YOUR TIME modding the car. Many modifications are usable even with a single turbo setup, so don't be afraid to do things in stages, once you've learned more.

Thank you for ur advise. In fact, after what happen today while i was driving my 7, i think i'm not going to make my 7 as daily driver. The temp gauge was going up really quickly and i'm just driving it for an hour. Should i get new radiator or should i change my thermoswtich to the fc thermoswitch?
The previous owner said that he just change his new radiator 5 months ago, which makes me really wander whether is that a used radiator.
