Twin Turbo help

i have FD3S, 1993 model, my primary turbo is working fine (10psi up to 4400 rpm), but secondary turbo is not kicking in.

Help....

Not kicking in? Ellaborate more? How do you know this? No boost? Loss of PoweR? Could be alot of things.

when frist turbo kicks in its ok then the second on will only boost to 5 psi all the way to red line i took all the gray tubing of that hooks in to the turbo check the turbo for any play the look bran new put them on with new gasgets silcon the the two together i check blow off tcs i unplug one plug the other one in i getting so pissed off
